GROUP ENTRY DISCOUNTS

We offer significant savings for group entries. If you’re part of a club, school or business, own a gym or coach athletes we’d love to hear from you.

Email us to find out more info@trailtrilogy.com

PRIZEGIVINGS

Prizegivings will be held at the Finish Line/Event HQ and will be staggered throughout the afternoon. See your race details for times.

TEAMS

There is a Teams category in the 42 km, 55 km, and 100 km events only.

Male, Female and Mixed teams.

A team entry is a great company team-building exercise with your work-mates or just a heap of fun with a group of friends.

AT THE FINISH LINE / RACE HQ

There will lots of action at the finish line with participants completing their various events throughout the day. We’ll have music, food and refreshments available as you mingle and mix with the crowd and enjoy your aprés-race afternoon.

GEAR BAG DROP

If you have some gear you'd like to discard and leave at your start line, then pick up again at the finish line, that's cool. We'll have a gear drop area at each start line and we'll happily transport your stuff to the finish line/event HQ for you so you can wrap up warm again after your race. Be sure to clearly mark your gear bag so it doesn't get picked up by somebody else by mistake.

BUSES FOR THE LONG RUNS

There will be buses available to take competitors from Waihi Station (Race HQ) to the start lines in Te Aroha and Thames. You will arrive in time for a warm-up and the pre-race briefing. You can book your seat when you enter on-line. Go to the EVENT OPTIONS page for your race, to get bus details.

21 k RUN/WALK TRANSPORT SERVICE

We are able to offer a bus service from the finish in Waihi, back to the 21 k start line in Paeroa after your event. The bus will run throughout the day from 11:30 am. Book your seat at the time of entry by just checking the tick boxes. Bookings are essential.

PARKING

There is good parking near the finish line/Race HQ. Please follow the signs and the instructions of the parking marshals.

TOILETS

There are toilets at all start lines and at the finish / Event HQ.

WALKERS MUST WALK

If you've entered as a walker, you must not run! Even if you feel better than you expected and feel like jogging a bit you must only walk. There are podium places at stake for race walkers and they do not like it when casual walkers run and take their podium positions!

DOGS

NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE COURSE. Dogs are OK on a leash around the event base at Waihi Station but if do you have Fido around this area, please make sure he/she doesn't stray onto the finishing straight, runners will be on a mission to get to the line.
